Contestant must be a female and at least 18 years old.

Contestant permits the promoter to take and use photographs, information, voice and video recording and other material without charge, for publicity and commercial purpose with regard to Miss Bama Bike Fest.

Contestant accepts to appear on radio, television, film or other media for public audience if so requested by the promoter for the purpose of the Miss Bama Bike Fest contest.

Contestant accepts to be present at a press conference and activities planned by Miss Bama Bike Fest.

Any winner will be disqualified if:
- Any given information is false.
- Is under the legal age.
- Is not citizen of the said country or Immigrant.
- If she has knowingly committed an illegal or immoral act.
- If the Chief Promoter sees that the contestant did anything harmful to Miss Bama Bike Fest contest.

The next contestant with the most votes will take the place of the disqualified one.

Contestant agrees that the time, manner and method of judging shall be solely within the  Miss Bama Bike Fest.

All winners must be present at the crowning event.

Miss Bama Bike Fest does not charge any application fee..
